The name Burrud has been a Hollywood staple for nearly a 
century.  Leland Burrud left a legacy of reality programming 
from his work in the early 20th century filming celebrities like
Pancho Villa. 

The torch was picked up by his son, Bill, who founded Bill 
Burrud Productions, and a dynasty was born. 
 
Today, Burrud Productions, headed by Bill's son, John, 
continues this family tradition and is proud to offer an 
extensive and diverse library of reality programming and 
production services.

For over 50 years, Burrud Productions has been producing 
series and specials for television and home video distribution
around the world. Located in Huntington Beach, California, 
our in-house staff of producers and cameramen travel the 
world to bring you footage from every corner of the globe. 
Our staff is highly specialized in the production of reality, 
wildlife, children’s, comedic and animated programs.
